My account was debit...

My account was debited on the wrong day after speaking to an agent on the 2nd of March he said it would be refunded in 72hrs and its way past 72hrs now and when I email him there is zero response and it's painful because I really liked this insurance and they really left me down big time.... so there was actually 2 debits taken off on the wrong days..... very disappointing 🤞🏽
