Ms. Buhle Gumede, called me yesterday, a day after I received a notice that my insurance premium will increase. She called me to see if she could assist with decreasing the premium and indeed, she assisted with decreasing the premium. What was so wonderful and touching about her call is that she reminded me that we spoke last year under similar circumstances and she promised that she will be the one to call me when my premium is due for an increase. I’m sincerely grateful to her for that kind of exceptional service.
