Mr Thabiso Dibakwane

I was assisted by Thabiso Dibakwane. and I cannot describe how upset I was before he took my call. after a few minutes of him talking to me I was calm and I knew I had landed to the right person. his service was professional but he could also reason and relate to my feeling of distraught, he understood and made the disclaimer process to be swiftly. I must say though that the ladies who attended my claim on three occasions were a bit harsh. Thabiso is professional and sincere and keeps his promises, if he says he is going to call he calls and if he says he is going to send an attachment he does so. he is a great asset to the company
