Mr Shongwe
Once again, I thought of changing insurance as the cost of living is becoming more expensive but I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Henri Shongwe, he is in a senior retention role.
He made sure that my premiums were reduced, and that I remained a Miway client.
He's knowledge and customer relations management is superb and I really do think he is passionate about what he does.
