MR HAPPY (MPHO)

my yearly increase on my car insurance came through and i was taken back with the excess, i left a message for them to call me and i got my call. when i explained i was not happy with the excess they adjusted it, that obviously made my premium go up incredibly high and i felt very disappointed. i was then put through to a guy named Mpho, when he introduced himself he said every one calls me Mr Happy, well at that moment i was not happy or impressed and informed him we would see if i would do the same. well i was amazed when Mpho had reviewed my policy i only had one thing to say to him. "Thank you Mr Happy. Hehehehehe
