I had the worst service ever from miway since I have joined them 12 years ago, I thought we are building a good relationship but no things with them go their way. So I got stuck and requested a tow truck on 30/12/2024 @ 17:23 only for the truck to arrive at 19:10 and this truck was 30kilos max away from me, cos when whe left the scene it took the loaded truck less than 30 mins to get to Middleburg but it took the very same truck over an hour to reach me and the worst service from the tow truck company was they **** about the arrival of the truck time wise and on top of that they were ignoring my calls but answering call from miway call centre, to top it off I was told that I have to pay toll fees which no one explained to me and it gets worse I had to pay R1230 for the extra kilos, I had to pay people who took forever to get to me an it was getting dark but when they want their money I had to pay same time.
