I had good experience with Casnath who managed to contact me and he assisted me to resolve my problem. But in general i was struggling to get my problem resolved. I spent the whole week to get my policy amended which impacted on my business as i could not work due to this document. Despite of explaining my urgent issue it took more than long to resolve my issue. please rectify your working system so that you can resolve your clients problems as matter of urgency when it is required.
