Mpho Rabele's great service

I called in for cancelation of my policy with Miway, I was transferred to speak Mpho Rabele from the retention department. My reason for canceling the policy was that I got a better deal with one of the insurance companies. Their offer was value for money with the same benefits I was getting with Miway, however Mpho was able to negotiate a better deal in terms of premium and still keeping the same benefits. I am now going to save R300 compared to the previous premium I was paying.

The five stars go to Mpho Rabele for his great service and going an extra mile, I however rate the company a 3 stars. My reason for this is that why does it take a cancelation to reduce my premium, I understand the risk factor that the company is undertaking should there be a need for me to claim however as a 7 year claim free client surely this shows I am a low risk client and the company should take the initiative to revise my policy for a lower premium and not wait for me to get a better quote elsewhere only to counter offer then. If it was not for Mpho's great service and going an extra mile, you would have lost a client who has been loyal to you for 7 years.
