I was ready to leave MiWay after a misunderstanding and I had already gotten a cheaper cover elsewhere. I called MiWay to cancel my cover and they transferred me to the calming and charming yet professional voice of Mpho Molusi. After just about 5 minutes, she managed to convince me to stay with MiWay. Needless to say the rest is history.

Dear MiWay, In Mpho Molusi you have an excellent employee. Give her a bonus!
