Motor Vehicle Write-off, excellent service.

Great customer service with a motor vehicle accident claim. I called the emergency call center when i had the accident, and from that moment i received good service from each person i dealt with.

I was kept up to date (most of the time) with the proceedings and the payout was fair. they took longer (7 working days) than they aim for generally, as stated on their website (5 working days). However i don't see this as any major fault.
