Motor vehicle insurance policy termination

I wanted to cancel my motor vehicle insurance with Miway because of an increase of over R1000 on my premium and poor consultant service regarding a claim which took over 3 months to close.

Tshepo at Miway was very helpful but all he could do is keep me as a client by only covering household contents and movable assets. Miway could not beat the competition on premium or even match what competition was providing least return me to the same premium I was paying with me before. Fait enough they were honest
