Motor vehicle claim - single
It took Miway 3weeks plus to payout a single vehicle claim. Kwena Papole at claims dept if one do not do follow ups nothing gets done. Pathetic. I am still waiting for the payout of my claim after you forward me an email saying i will have the money within 2days. Past 2days again. I suppose i will have to follow up again. This was claiming for hitting a pothole to replace shocks. I fear the day being in an accident. How long will the claim be then? And Miway will you extend my carhire for dragging so long with a claim?
