Motor vehicle accident claim

I was involved in an car accident on the 25/12/20 where some body bump in the car in-front of him then lost control and came to my lane and hit me on the right drivers side, my vehicle was said to be written off by traffic officer on the scene since air bags came out and the car was severely damaged of the right side, i reported my accident on miway then within 30 minutes the Towing company( Glen towing) was there to assist since the car was not drivable , after 2 days of registering my claim miway declare my car tobe written off, Immediately i was requested to send relevant documents , My claim was then Handed to James Mashola, I would like to send my gratitude to James Moshala who has handled my Claim , thank you for being energetic , polite and expressing Your professionalism with respect ,hes been updating me telephonically in most days with every steps he takes with my claim until the last day of my claim.I have heard that when u claim for vehicle damages the companies give hard time, i attest that miway never gave me hard time that people talk about.
