Motor combo insurance👎🏾👎🏾

I’ve open a claim with the 19th Jan on my Motor combo and was promised a call which never happen, until I saw on the app that my claim was closed with communication whatsoever. I made a follow up call n the lady that helped and reopened the claim said I will be contacted after the assessors have done assessing yet still no call or communication was made and yet again last week I called/live chat and the agent said I will be contacted shortly a week later still no communication. I won’t say I’m happy with the service because even not the status shows are closed. So if I can’t be helped when I need it the most🤷🏽♀️I might as well get refunded from all my premiums n close this cover. I can’t be waiting for assistance for over a month with no form of communication given.
