Motor Claim- ****** Car keys

On 28 July 2015 I telephoned Miway to report ****** car keys for my mom,the call was answered by Hlengiwe Hlengethwa at Miway. Hlengiwe logged the claim for us and explained how the claim process will work .On 30 July 2015 Hlengiwe called to inform my mom that claim has been approved and processed, payment will be made in mom's account in order to fix the car.On Monday 3 August 2015 , my mom received payment and she managed to get the car fixed without any delays.I would like to commend Hlengiwe Hlengethwa for her proffesionalism, empathy and customer service skills!
