Most useless consultant

There has been several times that i have tried to find out things on our insurance. At first the tracking devices, now I have noticed that our debit order did not went of. Jacques Kritzinger is our consultant but he is the most useless consultant that I have ever seen in my life. What ever you need to get done with him is a struggle as he is not getting back to you, clearly not interested. I want a different consultant before the end of today or i will move my business somewhere else.
