More than satisfied with input from Ruan and Louan

Before Ruan and Louanne got involved we were at a dead-end. It seemed as though the people involved were simply too busy to deal with their client. Deadlines were missed and emails were impersonal and unprofessional. In fact, the client was very dissatisfied and extremely annoyed with Miway. Had it not been for Ruan and Louanne, Miway would have lost a client.<br> <br> (I prefer keeping policy number private)
