More problems than I started off with!

I took my car to Jocks as requested by Miway. 7 weeks later, with more problems than I took it in with, I got my car back. Took it back for another 4 days - at least this time I was given a courtesy car. However, the problem with my radio switching on it's own at any time is not solved. This was NOT a problem BEFORE taking it to Jocks. Albert (Miway) has told me to take the car to VW to get a report and then they will discuss way forward. I've already taken time off from work the numerous times I've had to go to Jocks and meeting with Miways reps. Jocks had constantly made promises and never kept any and I am supposed to believe they monitored my radio?Albert insists they did,yet he was not there.While I was there with a Jocks employee,the last time my car was checked in,the radio switched on on it's own.According to them,it never switched on again.Yet,I have someone knocking on my door every night/early morning to switch off the radio as it's causing a disturbance in the complex!Jocks caused more problems and when I complained,I was told I was being given the \benefit of the doubt"and they fixed it.My car was in excellent condition until then.Please sort out immediately!!"""
