More lies!

I wrote a report on Hello Peter, got a call on 2 May, and was promised a refund within 72 hours. I responded again to their response yesterday to say that they had not made good on anything they had promised me. I got a call again from Mathapelo yesterday apologising and she said that my refund had been processed and that I would have my money the following day. A few moments after I got off the phone with her I got a text message saying that I would receive the money within 96 hours. 96!!! How is it possible to say one thing to me and prove yourselves to be such blatant *****? I curse the day I ever gave MiWay more than 20 seconds of my time. I will never EVER recommend you to anyone. My family, friends and colleagues are still shocked at how all of this is playing out and are all waiting to see how honourable your word is. I invite you to go through the recording of my telephonic conversations with you and then weigh that up against the standard of service you claim to deliver. Just stop lying and follow through so I can be done with you. By the way, most of us are in the market for short term insurance and MiWay has proven that it is not a company to put your faith in.
