Monthly Premium reduced by R500 - Great Service
Ntokozo Senior Retention Analyst was able to reduce my premium by R500. I'm very happy with this huge saving and the service I received from her. Very friendly staff, from the lady who transferred me. Many thanks and much appreciated:-)
