Money taken without my consent
After changing my address my monthly contribution jumped by almost R2000. After I got this new amount I said I was going to change to another insurance company. I asked them to only deduct the normal amount and they said that I don't need to worry the normal amount would go off. 2 hours later there is a deduction on my account of R2200. Today the normal monthly amount was deducted as well. So instead of R1500 my insurance cost R3700. Please stay away from this company.
