Yet i am still not being helped with my claim by Miway. They want to send my car to a backyard mechanic for repairs and not to a place of my choice.

I pay my policy every month on time and still they want things done their way and not mine who is a paying customer.

Their manager Tyrell advised me that Miway is not an approved Renault insurer.

If you drive a Renault and is with Miway please make sure about your policy. They basically are steeling my money now with false information they gave me.
