Money saving
I felt that I was being overcharged for my insurance, then I decided to call in to negotiate for a discount. The call Centre agent who took my call referred me to her senior advisor by the name of Selina, who gladly offered me a very good and reasonable discount. She displayed her willingness to listen and to ensure that my wish would be turned into reality. Currently I am saving R400 all because of Selina's efforts.
