Money grabbing sharks
<p>On the 23rd of November I laid a complaint against Miway where they don't cover you for theft but you still pay a hefty premuim. Long story short, now that I need to update my policy I'm told my premuim will increase with over R700.This is after I got a premuim increase over R200 when I told them I do not want to specify an alarm. This is unacceptable. I urge other people not to use Miway they promise you the world and alwys seem nice but you will have endless problems. The are nothing but money grabbing sharks that gives nothing in return. </p>

Just an update on this, this is Miway's poor attitude. I got a quote from Hollard that beats Miway's premiums, and covers me for everything, theft, fire all the bells and whistles. Miway did not make an effort to better their offer or tried to make me stay with Miway. They really do not care about their clients. And I’ve been there for almost 10 years and this is the kind of treatment I get. It so bad it is actually funny. Now that my policy is caned all I can say is good riddance.
