Money Grab for cancelation

Tried to cancel, they then "Adjusted" my pro-rata because of the end of Covid resulted in me going into the office twice a week and this was a change. Trying to grab a couple of rand from me for a cancelation is **** like. Agent was Mpho, was with them for years and service like that is why cancelations happen.
