Thanks to Molebogeng Ledwaba after I struggled to get updates for my claim from the agent appointed to my case. She stepped in and tells me what to do and emailed me the forms I was supposed to complete. Even today that agent hasn't contacted me. It's been two weeks I haven't heard anything from him. Tshepo Sekome is the agent I'm talking about. He doesn't know what he is doing. I wish they can appoint someone on my claim case. He doesn't even return my email or even phone me. Every time I phone he's not in the office. What the hell is that.
