Mokgadi is a Keeper
Following my accident, Miway's recommended panel beater, Proline Autobody Wynbery of the Renew-It group failed to adequately fix my vehicle. The boot bumper was not installed correctly, the front bumper popped out, the boot door was misaligned and remains so even now. This ridiculous company then went on to crack my windscreen and blame it on pre-existing chips. Mokgadi allowed me to vent and proceeded to escalate my complaint to the relevant internal stakeholders. Mind you, Loreal Hughes of claims department of yet to respond to me. I give Mokgadi Mashikinya 5stars, and 2 stars for Loreal, 2 stars for Miway.
