MiyWay refuses to pay out or explain why

<p>My sister recently took out insurance with my MiWay insurance and has been paying her premiums every month her car was ****** when people came in gun pointed her and took the car at gun point now the problem is that MiWay say she is not covered for theft or hijacking now my question is how can an insurance company not cover you for theft and hijacking when it has the most high crime rate and a lot of cars are hijacked daily I am sure that when she took the insurance telephonically they didn't explain to her how everything works and they still have to get back to me </p>
