Mixed Feelings

<p>Felicity was very professional and helpful while guiding me through roadside assistance for my emergency. She also kept checking on me as often as she could given the circumstances. I was very impressed by how she handled my emergency. However, the response time of the locksmith was very poor and I think this is something MiWay need to improve on.</p>
