MiWay's WeDrive - I celebrated and they drove

I had a wonderful start to my weekend on Friday, 7 May when Enock Lamola assisted me on WhatsApp to book a WeDrive service for the end of a night out. I initially tried to book on the app but realised that it would take a little long as I didn't have some of the information on hand. I took a chance and moved the booking to WhatsApp (hoping to avoid holding on a call to the call center) and Enoch was very quick in getting me setup - he even called me directly to help me speed up the process even further. Literally, within minutes I was set for a fun evening with friends we haven't seen in ages. During the evening fun, I was comforted by SMS confirmations on my booking and the driver's details. And, when it was almost time to go I was contacted to alert me that the drivers (Katedi Seageng and Ernest Mvhungu) are on their way to our location... until they arrived and confirmed. The drive home felt safe and comfortable, with a driver who was respectful and considerate to me and my husband. Definitely a service I will be using again; i've already got my hubby to join the family so that he can have his own perks :) To end off the experience, I was contacted by the MiHelp team again to ensure that we got home safely.
