Miway's third party - Nontokozo - Insurance Consultant - Lack of Professionalism

I am surprised by the manner of the consultant who had assisted me on my quotation. I'm not sure if I should even consider still asking for a quote, as she was extremely rude to have dropped the call on me, done so when she had said I'm being impatient with her. I'm not sure if we all have the patience to continue our calls over 13 minutes long but hey, if I get impatient is that a major concern of yours in terms of you actually assisting me. I was on the call from 12:22pm until 12:35pm, a Nontokozo was on the phone assisting me, after delving into giving her all my information decided I was impatient with her, even though she wouldn't answer my direct questions about the insurance, and continued on to then be quiet on the phone for an entire minute, when I'd waited for her response, then she just dropped the call. I'm not sure who it is that has the confidence to respond the way as a person seeking business. I'm not happy with the response Nontokozo is unhelpful and seems to have a high attitude in which she seems to think I'm supposed to be cheerful when she keeps a bland tone with me, I'm impatient because you aren't helping me, and don't actually have responses for my question, but whether I'm impatient or not doesn't give you the right to drop the call. But if Miway has decided that they need to continue their services through this "third-party", then they must understand the loss of prospective clients.
