Miway's Tebogo

Today I called miway to cancel my policy as I was dissatisfied with a previous claim, and the gentleman, Tebogo, who assisted me, tried his best to convince me not to go anywhere else, and I applaud him for it. He was polite, genuine, sincere in his regard, and made me laugh continuously, even though I still cancelled my policy on no fault of his own as he was valiant in his efforts. I have to applaud Miway for employing such an exceptional young man and if it wasn't for my staunch conviction in canceling my policy due to the misfortune of a bad claim experience, then he would probably have convinced me to remain. So I wish Tebogo, unfortunately I did not get his last name, a senior personnel, all the best for his future and thank you for all your assistance and trying to keep the "marriage" alive.
