Miway's shocking lack of customer care.

I would like all customers and potential customers of Miway to know that once Miway refers you to Renew Panel beaters you may end up waiting for more than 2 months for your vehicle. Once Miway has signed you up as a customer you are on your own and despite numerous calls for assistance, Miway will not care about your circumstances nor provide assistance. You will deal with a faceless organization with call center agents that have no empathy, little training in customer care and have not the least interest in helping customers of Miway.
