Miway's Puleng Is a Star!

I requested a lower monthly premium for my vehicle insurance now that I'm working mostly from home and Puleng Mochabang was incredible at assisting me. She was friendly, kind and really knew her stuff. She asked questions related to other things I may need that I hadn't considered before, and was not pushy the way so many call centre agents can be these days. I hope I get to speak to her again in the future when I phone Miway. Give that girl a raise!
