Miway's Maipfi, The Difference Maker

Gave MiWay a call this morning after not getting feedback for some weeks on a query of mine regarding my policy covers and debits that I needed some clarity on. Spoke to a very friendly and warm lady by the name of Maipfi Ravhura who made all the difference, was able to clearly trace back my previous emails with Miway and quickly resolved my issue, as calmly as possible by providing me with clear information on the queries I had made. She did such an outstanding job that I decided to keep the policies active even though I had decided to cease them all at the beginning of the call. The only reason why this rating is not a 5 is that, I had to call Miway back after being promised that someone will get back to me, which didn't happen but Maipfi was able to resolve the issue efficiently by the end of our conversation which I greatly appreciated.
