MiWay’s legal department does not provide feedback on the claims recovery process

MiWay’s legal department does not provide feedback on the claims recovery process. I have received no follow up response to emails with legal, the complaints department or Thato Moabi or requests via Ashraf Snymann who contacts legal but no response is received. It is very frustrating to constantly be given links to review their service but no changes are made when this is done.
