MiWay's fantastic service

Fantastic service. We bought a new car and the delivery date is the day after the insurance debit order will be deducted. Now not wanting to pay an extra month's insurance on out car that we will be trading in, I phoned MiWay to find out what my options are. Mpho was the callcentre agent and he requested to phone me back as there was a bit of static on the line. Less than a minute later we were discussing the scenario with the car and its insurance. He assisted me with a fantastic quotation, less than any other that I received and also helped me to cancel the current car's insurance as of the delivery date of the new car. My premium for the debit order was adjusted immediately and there are no futher worries about a double payment on insuring the new car. Wonderful friendly and efficient service. Thank you Mpho
