MiWay's DNA to Keep Customers Happy
Today I called in after receiving a new policy pack from MiWay. Wasn't at all pleased with the increase in premiums.
I called in and spoke to Tholakele, who was gracious in her approach and help me to review the premiums favourably. Secondly, she gave me a discount for my December 2020 premiums.
Thank you MiWay - I am sure it is in your DNA to keep your customers happy.
