Miways deducts money for cancelled quotes!!!

You deducted R621.43 from my bank account on 12/07/2021 on a cancelled policy. I got a quote and accepted it, clearly to have started on 01/07/2021. This quote was done early in June 2021. Later in the month my previous insurer gave me a even lower premium than miway, therefor i cancelled miway again just 3days after accepting the quote. I need a refund to be back in my bank account URGENTLY or i will be reversing this myself at my bank. I have cancelled this policy with you just 3 days after i have taken it up. Let me just remind you, quote was done 12/06/2021 for cover to commence on 01/07/2021, i cancelled it on 16/06/2021. Thats 14days before the cover should have commenced therefor im not liable to pay anything. Kindly arrange a refund of this debit order back to my account URGENTLY and ensure this is cancelled and does not happend again. Thank you, Ruaan.
