Miway's Comprehensive insurance does not cover third party claims. Stay away from MiWay

I was involved in a car accident with my brother's car on 18 May 2024, who has a comprehensive car insurance with Miway. Another vehicle was involved.

The car rolled and was written off. There was another car involved.

Miway settled my brother 's car.

They have since rejected the 3rd party claim because "I am not a part of my brother's household" and "I was not acting in the interest of my brother" A lady by Virginia called me to inform me that they will be rejecting the 3rd party claim and that I will be responsible for the 19000 that the other party is claiming. I asked her if my brother was aware of the exclusion of the 3rd party cover, she hung up on me. Stay away from Miway, their Comprehensive car insurance is not so Comprehensive.
