MiWay ***

After being with MiWay Insurance for a long time, i have found that the call back service does not work. I've made several attempts to get a call back but nobody calls back(I Have reference numbers for the call backs requested). After trading in my vehicle (9 March 2019) and taking out insurance for the new vehicle a week ago, MiWay decided to take money from my account without my knowledge (11 March 2019). Spoke to a consultant about this on the chat service offered on the app and was promised that somebody would call me back on the same day still. Nobody called me back.

I am a loyal customer, why do i feel that MiWay does not give a jack's ass about their customers? I will be contacting other insurance companies for quotes. THANK YOU MiWay FOR THE BAD SERVICE.
