Miway writting off my car for two front wheels that were damanged.

I have the same story as the other people who complained about Miway, I do not know how to say this.

I was involve in a accident (polo vivo 2012), My phone was off I couldn't call them on that time of accident then one other company called 1st call towed me and they charged R7100 to me and I received a call from Miway they said its R8500 because the car was ther for weekend so they will settle that amount and take the car to their assessment place, then I will pay them back including my excess fee of R6000, 2 front wheels and right fender that was damage yesterday the 22 January 2019 I received an email stating that my car is to be written off.

I want my car guys and I will pay your R8500 please and I want to immediately cancel your insurance please.
