Miway writes off vehicle for minor repairs.

I don't have the words for what i am feeling towards MIWAY. It seems to me MIWAY write off vehicle's that are paid up and not on finance. For a difference of R35.00 in what Miway i prepaired to pay for damages and what the quoted damages are, they want to write of our vehicle.Since the 26th of March neither me or my Husband werep honed to be informed of any updates on this claim.It is ridiculous and unacceptable.The vehicle was standing at the accident scene for 7 days before being towed in! Shocking. After that kept on trying and it was easter weekend today after 12 days - i phoned AGAIN i was told the vehicle is already at a auction yard and it is now a Code 2/ write off.That is unacceptable, MIWAY must repair my vehicle - i will not leave this or withdraw the claim reason being then im stranded without a car hire vehicle.DONT EVER join MIWAY and i will tell the whole world about this!!!!!!!
