Miway worst insurance in the South Africa

After 1 full month and 3 full week since having an accident on the 7th of March 2024, back and forth with Miway to try to get to do the right thing, today(26th of April) an assessor was finally sent to the panel beater to assess the car. The assessor pointed out all the faults I was complaining about and more. I am very disappointed with Miway because I wasted so much money on airtime and data, petrol to go to the panel beaters on 3 different occasions and my car was still a mess. Don’t insure with them at all. This matter could have been resolved long time ago. I’m also worried about the service provider that they choose. If could give Miway -100 rating I would. I’m so drained. If you want peace of mind, no chance takers and time waster. Don’t insure with Miway🚮
