Miway worst Insurance ever!!!
The service are so bad, i was a loyal customer with them for 10 years. Last year i had an accident in May. The third party was supposed to report the vehicle accident but never did. Now Miway Kgomotso at Legal Department is apparently handling the case but so worst and pathetic that she doesnt even return aphone call or answer an email.
I demand my excess money back from Miway asap or else things will get worst for the company. An email was sent to the broker on the 9th OF FRBRUARY AND AFTER THAT NO FOLLOW UP WAS MADE!!!! Kgomotso i hopeyouread this because your claim departement or legal department doesnt know how to do your work
