Miway worst insurance ever

I used miway as my insurance for my previous car. And i was hijacked 3 weeks ago.

After submitting the claim i had to constantly email and phone for feedback.

Then the lady was so rude.

She depreciated my extras that was on the vehicle with R11000 with no reason.

After a period i had to accept the amount she said.

No one called me to give me a quote on the new car.

No explanation was given for the depreciation.

And no progress feedback from their side.

Will never in my life use miway again
