Miway worst insurance company

I am so dissapointed in Miway. We have logged a Claim for our dishwasher on the 16th of February 2025. They send an assesor who said that it's the waterpump that's faulty and we can fix it ourselves.

We have had three different companies have a look and paid call out fees. No one can fix the dishwasher as they say it's the motor due to weather and lightning and there are no more spares available as this is a very old dishwasher. We have logged a Claim again with supporting documents and photo's about two weeks ago and still no response.

This is the worst service ever. Who will compensate me for all the call out fees that I had to pay for an unrepairable machine after their assesor said it can be repaired. We have been with Miway for more than 20 years and this is the service we get.

I am done with them. All our premiums goes off every month and we never had any missed payments.
