MIWAY - WORST CLAIM FEEDBACK EVER

On the 10th of May I was involved in an accident with a Miway Client. I submitted a week later the required documents for a 3rd party claim, this is now more than a month ago and to date I received no further feedback from them. I called last week and the agent stated that there was an error on the assessor's claim he needed to fix and in the meantime I drive around with a vehicle that was damaged by their client. She said she will follow up for his report - we he either disappeared or they just dont care. I pointed out to them that the way they are dealing with this claim is a very bad reflection on them as an insurance company and I will def not ever consider moving to them -= so be advised if service is what you are looking for Miway is definitely not the company to claim from
