Miway won't give me my spare wheel

I am being bul**** by Miway.They sent my car to one of their service providers Renew It in Sandton after I had a breakdown in December.I had a new spare wheel in my boot.Car came without a spare wheel and torn seat cover.I decided to repair the seat with my own money.Renew it admit that they took the wheel out not sure what the reason was. Last week they brought me an old tyre of a different car not a VW Polo. Miway people are dragging their feet and they are not even following up on this matter.I am now driving without a spare wheel.
