MiWay won't accept EFT of cash payments!

I am presently having issues with my bank account. As a result, a whole bunch of my debit orders are being returned! A friend of mine has kindly offered to pay my missed premium by EFT from his account. I have contacted a couple of MiWay agents for banking details, so that my friend can send the payment to MiWay. They have both informed me that MiWay will only take premiums via debit order. They refuse to entertain any other method of receiving the payment! They suggested, I have a close family member agree to have the premium debited from their account. This is a problem as my sisters both live abroad; my children are under 14 and my ex-wife definitely won't help. When I asked for the managing director's email address, the last agent stopped communicating with me. My friend just wants to pay the premium through manual means.
